Our members area is a point of central access to all your administration tools and technical support. There is no need to remember multiple URL's or wade through text to find what you need. Connected Hosting implements web based support systems to supply you with the tools and information you need in the shortest time possible.
Administration tools include PHPMyAdmin for databases (a point and click web interface), Web based email, Control Panel for administering mail, users, password protecting directories and much more. Your members portal gives you access to all your administration tools, web statistics, and technical support.
Access is provided to your control panel for each domain you have with us. The control panel has an extensive on-line help built into the interface to enable you to perform tasks quickly. Connected Hosting also provides control panel access for each user of the domain that you create.
Technical support is via a web based issue system designed and developed by Connected Hosting. You can submit questions/issues relating to any of your domains. Any questions or issues submitted are always available for you to read, or to submit related issues. Security is taken seriously and you cannot view issues pertaining to domains that you do not have access to. When Connected Hosting resolves your issues, you are sent a notification email.
Our web based issue system will save you time enabling you to submit support questions from any internet connected computer, without needing to load email settings. Every question you submit is associated with a domain. Therefore, you don't need to tell us which domain you are talking about, who you are, or tell us about past issues, every time you submit a support question.
